E2E Networks Signs ₹1,000 Crore AI Infrastructure Agreement

According to E2E Networks, the binding term sheet covers the provision of NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPU capacity and related services to a sovereign AI company. The multi-year arrangement is set to remain in place until June 2029, providing the company with greater visibility over future revenues.

The development comes as demand for high-performance computing and AI infrastructure continues to expand in India. The agreement also strengthens E2E Networks' positioning in the rapidly growing cloud GPU and artificial intelligence infrastructure market.

NVIDIA Blackwell Capacity Moves To Long-Term Commitment

E2E Networks Chief Financial Officer Nitin Jain highlighted the financial and strategic significance of the agreement.

"This engagement provides greater revenue visibility over a multi-year horizon and reinforces our strategy of building a high-quality, long-term customer base," Jain said.

He further noted that the agreement transitions the NVIDIA Blackwell capacity deployed by the company in May 2026 from a pay-as-you-go model to a longer-term commitment.

The shift could provide E2E Networks with more predictable revenue from its recently deployed AI computing infrastructure.

Management Sees Growing Demand For Cloud GPUs

E2E Networks Managing Director Tarun Dua said the agreement reflects increasing confidence among sovereign AI and enterprise AI customers in the company's cloud GPU offerings.

"This reflects the growing confidence that sovereign AI and enterprise AI customers are placing in E2E’s cloud GPUs as India’s requirements for AI compute continue to scale," Dua said.

The comments underline the company's focus on capitalising on India's growing requirement for AI computing capacity, particularly as businesses and technology companies increase their investments in generative AI and other computationally intensive applications.
