For the quarter ended June 2026, consolidated net profit stood at ₹158.7 crore, nearly flat compared to ₹159 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations increased 26.5% year-on-year to ₹1,304 crore, up from ₹1,031 crore, supported by higher patient volumes and business growth.
The company's EBITDA rose 26.3% to ₹286.8 crore from ₹227 crore in the year-ago period. However, the EBITDA margin remained largely stable at 21.99%, compared to 22.02% a year earlier, reflecting a marginal decline of 3 basis points.
Despite healthy growth in revenue and operating profit, the muted growth in net profit appears to have weighed on investor sentiment, resulting in weakness in the stock during morning trade.
