Jubilant Pharmova shares are expected to stay in focus on Monday after the firm reported that its subsidiary, Jubilant HollisterStier General Partnership (JHSGP), had received a warning notice from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA).
The warning notice comes after the USFDA reviewed the Establishment Inspection Report for an inspection conducted at JHSGP's production site in Kirkland, Canada, between October 20 and November 3, 2025.
Jubilant Pharmova noted in its regulatory filing that company is actively engaged with the US FDA and has already taken necessary corrective and preventative steps to address the observations raised in the warning letter.
